All card details, UPI pins, and net-banking credentials are typed directly into the payment gateway's 256-bit SSL encrypted PCI-DSS Level 1 certified vault. Nextbuying never sees, stores, or accesses your card number, expiration date, or CVV.
6. Your Data Rights & Deletion Request
Right to access, correct, or permanently erase your data.
Under applicable Indian Information Technology (IT) Rules and global privacy standards, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information stored in your account.
- Rectification: Correct or update inaccurate profile details, phone numbers, or addresses.
- Data Deletion (Meta/Facebook User Deletion Compliant): Request the permanent deletion of your account and personal history from our active servers.
- Marketing Unsubscribe: Opt out of promotional newsletters at any time with a single click in any marketing email.
To request data deletion, simply send an email from your registered address to support@nextbuying.in with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Our grievance team will process verified requests within 7 business days (excluding records required for mandatory GST/tax compliance).

Our products and services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age or accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13.
